Like massive massive. Way below projections. Springer hasn’t been good either but he’s showing signs of life now. Always a handful of underachievers on the Jays it seems like

    What free agents did the Orioles sign?? Other than 1 year deals to guys like Cruz and Trumbo they didn’t sign anyone to supplement the 2014-2016 roster. They extended Hardy, Jones, Davis, and that was pretty much it. Didn’t lock up Machado. Im pretty confident the Os won’t be signing any big-name free agents. They’ll barrel scrape like they did this year and sometimes they’ll be successful, sometimes they wont. They’ll probably extend guys like Adley and Gunnar.

    I think they’ll go after a big bat for the LF/1B/DH spot. Something similar to Brandon Belt. Maybe even 2 guys. Maybe like Joc Pederson + Teo on a 1 year deal? Then fill the 2B/3B spots with Barger/Orelvis/Davis/possibly DeJong. Could see Tim Anderson on a 1 yesr deal too.

    I’ve been saying, Angelos sucks. Didn’t realize the son sucks too. I KNEW they wouldn’t add anything significant at the deadline. People underestimate the significance of meddlesome owners like Angelos and Arte Moreno. Lets see if the Os pony up this offseason because there’s 0 reason for them to be stingy again.
