  1. This is what Im thinking will happen. Keeping my expectations tempered. If they manage to get in, i’ll be pleasantly surprised. I will also have to cancel family dinner plans on October 3rd lol
  2. And they picked up Kolten Wong and he seems to be doing ok? f***in voodoo s***
  3. 2 absolute insane probabilities in a row. (Jays getting swept by Texas, then Jays sweeping their next series and Texas getting swept) Would be looking alot comfier if we could’ve just split with Texas. Its gonna be tight the whole way til the end.
  4. Perfect weekend for the standings! I would’ve been so pissed if they caught that lol. 2 wins thanks to the subpar OF defense of the sox
  5. 1 strike away from being a perfect weekend. Ughh
  6. Pretty much how he was with the Cards
  7. If you think about all the clutchest moments from the last couple years, Teo was responsible for like 90% of them. The comeback against the Rangers on opening day, the homer against the Yankees at home, that playoff performance vs Seattle, several other walkoff hits, etc
  8. Its not even elite anymore
  9. Its not? I thought the odds of each game were 50/50. You either win or you don’t
  10. f***ing nutty. On Wednesday the chances hovered around 70%. After getting swept went down to 35%. And now 2 days later, back up to 70% My heart can’t handle it
  11. Sure. Stroman idk, the rotation is pretty set and we mostly need some backend 5th starter types/depth. Might need to use that money elsewhere, plus im not sure his relationship with the front office can be salvaged Teoscar makes a lot of sense if we can get him on a 3 year deal or less.
  12. Other areas of need. Going after a strong OF bat or 3B, 5th starter, bullpen addition should take priority over signing Whit
  13. He’s so up and down though. Looked great against KC. Awful against Texas. And now good again
  14. Why?? Schneider can fill the same role and is likely better. Cheaper. Younger. This is Whit’s best year in a while, it would be a mistake to give him a contract like that
  15. Such a gamer. Manoah would never
  16. He’s kinda like Trevor Richards but less consistent. Can look absolute dominant unhittable at times, and other times he’s throwing batting practice
  17. You racist
  18. This is the one I was thinking of. Extremely dumb play, that worked out because of a s*** throw because the first baseman was dumbfounded Hosmer would even try it. Should have ended the game and gave NY a win. And they call it “amazing base running” I could totally see Vlad attempting something like that in a playoff game and getting thrown out at home for the final out.
  19. No because they at least had solid defense and some elite arms in the pen. But Hosmer dashing home for the winning run in the final WS game sticks out as being extremely lucky. He was a dead duck with a half decent throw.
  20. Mysterious lack of power for this lineup though. Such a stupid season, nothing makes sense.
  21. Yeah I don’t get it… just f***ing run hard dude just in case. Fighting for a playoff spot. You never know. Lazy
  22. Definitely could be the case, but i’d try new coaches. Teo’s defense grades out much better this year being with the Mariners
