    Im tellin ya, they’re gonna be sorry they didn’t go out and get 1 more arm like Duran or Bednar. Im like 99% sure Clase would’ve been a Jay if he didn’t get suspended. Unfortunate. Lets hope they can weather this storm and have a couple arms hot down the stretch. Need to have at least 2-3 arms from the pen you can rely on in the playoffs.

    I would not be surprised in the least if he ends up holding down a rotation spot for the entire year next season. I don’t expect him to pitch like he used to, but im pretty certain he could match what Berrios is doing this year. And with potentially 3 rotation spots up for grabs next year, he could play a big role.

    Right. Wasted op, but you can’t expect to always beat the bad teams all the time. The good teams would be like 110-52 if that were the case lol. The Pirates swept the Phillies, Mets, and Tigers this season. s*** happens.
