Ugh. Giving away Gomes for nothing is probably the organization's worst mistake in the last decade. I can't believe none of the coaches realized that Gomes was at least an above-average defensive catcher. -

Travis and Pompey are like the whitest black guys i've ever seen. The Pedroia comparison obviously comes from the fact that both guys are short and play 2B. -

For sure. He's not even close to being one of my favorite jays. But we can all recognize the talent and what he brings to the table.

Yeah other those first few games where he was striking out 3 times each game, he has looked good. Driving balls to the outfield and getting his walks.

I don't know why you guys all WANTED him to be injured. If he was injured, we wouldn't be able to trade him. With d'Arnaud out for 2-3 months and Lucroy out, we may have some potential trade partners. Oh and Yan Gomes is also gone for like 3 months, so that's another potential trade partner.
