The strategic contributions of managers have little weight in a 162-game marathon ..... Translate your damn talent in runs and that's it all. The bullpen management has more weight. I qualify to Gibbons 7/10 managing the bullpen. -
Machado is a stud for his defense at SS and his above average offensive as a SS.... In 3B his value isn't the same. I don't doubt that Lawrie can be more productive offensively than Machado but...... the damn defensive spectrum, SS > 3B
