  1. People like to knock Lindor's fantasy ceiling, but I'd take him over any of those guys.
  2. It's also worth noting that this isn't a great fantasy list for prospects, as BP is quite high on SS prospects who can stick defensively, regardless of their bat. Mondesi Anderson Arcia Adames Robertson Albies Turner Barreto Gordon Torres A lot of these guys lack significant fantasy ceiling.
  3. Maybe I'm being reductive, but he just seems like a really hittable guy with at best average command and no devastating outpitch, judging by his underwhelming K rates. He's not even young with remaining projection, so yeah, I just don't see it. I'm not saying he's nothing, I just don't see him ever being an impact guy.
  4. I seriously don't get it. His results have never matched his name value, this year especially. I would still take Dylan Bundy over him, injury and all.
  5. Now that you mention it I am a bit surprised Newcomb didn't make the cut. There are concerns about his control but he's carried a K/9 around 11 for a full calendar year now and should be a quick mover.
  6. My initial thought is that the Top 50 looks pretty depleted compared to the recent past, lots of recent promotions. I'm surprised to see Norris and Pompey as high as they are.

  8. Joc Pederson is slashing .339/.310 over the last month. So glad we peer pressured his call-up!

  10. I was counting on you, how disappointing.
  11. Montgomery with another dub, FIP at a zesty 3.27. Another Safeco success story!
  12. Yeah, major league hitters get hits sometimes. Otherwise Montgomery is having another fine start.
  13. It's weird that the Rays traded a decent lefty with a plus changeup for him, he's extremely craptacular. I get that Montgomery was out of options, but that was a very un-Rays-like trade.
  14. Luckily for me, Cano and Ortiz have woken up lately, and Ellsbury is back soon. My offense is still pretty dece and Valencia is a fine placeholder.
  15. Lol, great idea to send him on that hit & run after he was favouring the calf earlier in the game.
  16. This is Nick's year anyway, he's the class of the league.
  17. I'm guessing this is the last season for The League, so enjoy that while it lasts.
  18. Never thought I'd say this but GO BTS! Stomp that mofo!
  19. I still own him in FC, and I'm president of his fan club so GFY.
  20. Fernandez just JACKED a home run! Welcome back, boo!
  21. That count presumes saves and holds are equal, but generally closers are providing better Ks and ratios as well.
  22. I see Hurl didn't activate him for his start, lucky break for featherdick.
