Has your stance on re-signing EE changed?

Bautista's range has declined, and that's to be expected. More problematic, for me, is that his arm went from above average to god-awful, literally overnight. Ever since that Delmon Young backpick attempt at 1B, his throwing shoulder has been f***ed up, and folks, it's not going to get any better. Everybody runs on him now, and it's become a legitimate problem. Thankfully it hasn't been a major detriment to his hitting. I suspect he has a partial tear in there that he'll probably just play out his career with, because the carry on his throws has fallen off a cliff since that day. -

I would take whichever of he or Bautista comes cheaper and/or signs first. We only need one DH next year, but I also don't feel very good about heading into 2017 with JD being our only reliable above average hitter. -

Frazier looks like a monster bat. Hammel is a decent mid rotation starter who is 33, so I prefer your end of the deal.

The fact that there's only been one fantasy-relevant starter in the history of that franchise pretty much says everything you need to know. Hopefully Pint gets traded for your sake. If he had gone to the A's he probably would have been the 1-1 in this draft. Who's OTC? TCA?
