  1. 3 days in a row he hasn't used him in close games. Eyeroll. He's probably their best reliever just by default.
  2. I may apply. I just found out I have an excellent credit score.
  3. Sam Dyson, can you seriously f*** off?
  4. Seager is Correa's age and has a considerably more impressive resume.
  5. Yeah I'm not going all the way back to the Chad Jenkins over Trout days.
  6. This draft talk is depressing, I just got reminded that we took D.J. Davis over Corey Seager and Max Pentecost over Trea Turner.
  7. That's a hot take right there! I'd take Bryant IRL, only because I'm not convinced that Seager's D will rate as well going forward. He's more likely to move to 3B than Correa IMO, but I don't see either one moving in the next 3 years.
  8. Maybe it's a case of loving what you have, but I wouldn't trade Corey Seager for Correa, and I'd trade Seager for Bryant without hesitation.
  9. I wouldn't, no. Bryant's fantasy ceiling is just stupid, and I don't think positional scarcity makes up the difference.
  10. That's actually super tough. Appel is a definite zero but Buxton is quickly approaching dynasty dropability. I'd probably take the Bryant end cause he's just such a monster. Correa is less actualized.
  11. They should also mention how the Stros passed on Kris Bryant for Mark Appel, tho.
  12. OIC, NJH is just butthurt then cuz he got beat to the punch. Got it.
  13. You may be right, but TBH I don't think Musgrove is anything special. I don't think he's ever going to be an SP1, 2, or 3 in this format. I offered like Joe Jimenez and a 2nd for Musgrove.
  14. He's not terrible from a fantasy perspective. 31 HR and an .820 OPS, that's actually pretty good. He's pretty much like a Jay Bruce clone... he's useful as a second bat unless his defence becomes so s***** that no team will actually play him. And the Diamondbacks are dumb AF, so that won't happen.
  15. No, but I'm flattered and interested. TCA contacted me about a three-way but I think he was just being a cocktease.
  16. I was thinking more like an actual SP, mid-to-back end type.
  17. There's not much utility in carrying 7 RPs tho Anybody wanna trade a SP for Koda Glover, Joe Jimenez, or Kevin Siegrist?
  18. Actually Nicasio could be a good RP, I take it back.
  19. Both those guys probably suck tho. That said, Brad Hand sucked as a starter... so maybe?
  20. Brad Hand was a deep fantasy godsend last year. Edwin Diaz and Colome also. This year it looks like Raisel Iglesias and maybe Archie Bradley.
  21. All of the above. It's pretty easy to check which RPs have gone two days in a row, and unless they're Andrew Miller, they probably won't go 3.
  22. Most days you have at least one RP not playing, so I think there's good utility in carrying 6 (assuming they're helpful). It also helps if you have a split between SV guys and HLD guys, so when the weekend comes you can play to the categories that are still undecided.
  23. It's good to have volume, but you don't always have to use it. I tend to like to get 1 or 2 aces, an elite bullpen, and then just patch together the rest of the rotation and pick up mid rotation arms when I can. They usually become available throughout the season.
  24. 7 or 8 SP is ideal, 6 RP, and 2-3 bench bats for versatility.
  25. I would bid on Moose but I don't have the pitching depth to trade. I don't even really have a 6th starter.
