Either way, he's waiver draft fodder at this point. Unkeepable and therefore unownable, unless you have an exceptionally s***** team and numerous open DL spots.
It's like Edinson Volquez, Tom Koehler, Hector Santiago level bad. There's not even an R.A. Dickey to be had. Even the available relievers are pretty well shite.
Yikes, silvergun loses Kluber and Hamels in the same day to DL stints. Pitchers are dropping like crazy in the early going, and the waiver wire is ugly AF.
I don't see the point in moving him off 3B, TBH. He has the arm for it, so I'd just let him go for it, and it's not like he's piling up a ton of errors. He could be a passable 3B, and the Jays will need one by the time he's ready.
I know you're joking, but nah. FSL is tough for hitters, it might be good for him to get challenged there. He could easily be in AA this time next year.
Vlad is f***ing absurd. As one of the youngest playing in the SAL, he's now slashing .348/.459/.565 with more walks than Ks. I'd be pretty tempted to bump him up to Dunedin soon, just to challenge him. I expected the power, but the contact and discipline are supernatural for his age.
