From BP today:
Vladimir Guerrero Jr., 3B, Toronto Blue Jays (Low-A Lansing)
Thick, powerful lower half, mature frame with only slight projection left for growth; swing features a mild load and minimal leg kick, possesses plus bat speed with mild leverage, plus bat control, stays balanced, advanced approach at the plate, not often fooled, recognizes secondary pitches well; strong, raw power to all fields; Average speed, 4.32 average on four home to first clocks; 50-grade arm, accurate; lacks range at third base, hands can be slightly stiff, will probably necessitate a move to first base or left field.
Max Pentecost, C/1B, Toronto Blue Jays (High-A, Dunedin): 3-5, R, RBI
It is good to see Pentecost catching again, for both his prospect value, and because of all the injuries he has had to deal with. While the arm strength is still coming back, Pentecost has been smooth behind the plate. Maybe not a full-timer behind the plate, but Pentecost bat will force that decision down the road.
