How the f*** can you bring up Justin Nicolino or Sean Nolin as "relevant?"
Tim Beckham is relevant, by that same measure. What's your measuring stick? Do they get a boost from being Blue Jay farmhands? Justin Nicolino has done absolutely f*** all. I'll be shocked if he accumulates more WAR than bust Beckham.
People get their backs up because your Rays attack posts just come off as overly aggressive and dismissive while lacking any clear process.
DJ Davis, Deck McGuire, Asher Woj, Jacob Anderson, Joe Musgrove, Kevin Comer, Tyler Gonzales...should I keep going or is that absolutely atrocious enough?
I was actually looking for that time Dinger said Rizzo was crap and came across when you acquired him. In retrospect, one of the many great moves you made in your ascent to the top, though you did pay quite a bit. Your end was panned by quite a few but it looks like you da winna.

The Rays have a pretty bad draft record. Longoria and Price are really the only big time success stories.
People are always under the impression that the Rays run of success came from pitching, but they had the highest positional WAR in baseball for the duration of their stretch of dominance while the pitching was mostly average to slightly above.
The Rays haven't been bad for almost a decade, and very little of their success is due to their consistently high draft position in the early-mid 2000s.
What really happened was that they had a s***** GM (who the jays decided to hire) and replaced him with an amazing GM.
This is what happens when the front office ignores the need for depth. AA has ignored it since he first took office, and he'll continue to ignore it until he leaves.
The Dodgers lost 2 really good SPs. Luckily, they made some shrewd moves like nabbing Wieland and Bolsinger. They also have Frias waiting, claimed a nice BP arm in Matt West and have an unbelievably good bench in case a starter gets hurt. We grab defensive liabilities who probably can't hit, or pray for the return of Johan Santana. It's a joke.
There's no using the Stroman excuse. AA puts this team in a position to fail every year with his borderline retarded roster management.
Idk, I never listen to him. Don't listen to the radio and I never watch the Jays broadcast on MLB.tv unless they play the Royals or maybe the Mariners.
