Uh oh, it's the fun police. Ignoring a single thread is hard.
Obviously people enjoy this thread, if you enjoy a very vanilla flavoured brand of fandom that doesn't involve disliking other teams and fans, that's cool but you won't see me coming out to correct you.
Really bad defense, no third baseman, Michael Bourn sucks, Swisher sucks, Gomes out for a fairly large part of the year and hasn't hit well, Santana not hitting well etc.
If Revere is a slightly slower white guy with all the same traits otherwise, people want to keep him hitting 9th.
Troy Tulowitzki is a terrific hitter, the lineup currently being run out there is close to optimal. I actually love that Gibbons is thinking outside the box on this issue.
It's because, and I'm being 100% serious here, he just assumes that every team bats best hitter to worst hitter in perfect order. Doesn't check stats at all, he just assumed Semien was worse because he hits behind Sogard. Did the same thing with Escobar to face Buxton.
Hey buddy, haven't heard from you much lately. Just want to make sure everything is OK.
Hey, did you catch the Orioles game today where BestManager Buck walked Eduardo Escobar to face super prospect and much better hitter Byron Buxton? I think teams are starting to troll Showalter by selectively putting better hitters behind bad hitters since he's not a fan of things like checking stats.
Guy behind him must have been a worse hitter. No need for stats.
We should have a reverse lineup when facing the Orioles. Then we can trick Bucky into loading the bases for JD and Bautista
It's actually pretty funny that they dismiss JD when he and Trout are very close but were perfectly OK with Cabrera winning when Trout was much better. Angels fans are just a bunch of dumb surfer bros.
He's a good player who is constantly active and has a good personality. Why the hell wouldn't he be a choice here? Am I missing something?
If I was in charge, I'd have AG in every league he wants in to.
