    I think the Jays have more upside in their projections than most other teams (Stroman, JD, Tulo, Saunders, Pillar, Estrada, Happ) but we're not walking all over Boston.

    I find it funny that Grant doesn't seem to know that a stud defender with an average bat is a 4-6 WAR player. Would appreciate if you all could stop quoting, though. Guy gets under my skin so easily.

    I remember hearing that comp before and agreed. I remember watching League and being blown away with his stuff but never understood why he struggled to get swings and misses.

    There are scenarios where 10 innings could be as meaningful as 500 innings (career BABIP vs. pitch level stats) Not to be a GD about it, just saying that all stats do not normalize at the same rate.

    Should have been the option to pick "this poll is stupid and pointless" because it is. Really, it's a pea brained competition for a bunch of idiots to take a random guess at something they have no way of determining for certain so that later people who "got it right" can say "hur hur u pict da rong 1 u dum!!!1!" So I hope that Sanchez becomes a #2 so that the Jays get better and you can receive the validation you obviously so sorely crave.

    Anyone who doesn't vote #2 is an idiot. I don't know who you're referring to as "the usual suspects" but I suspect it's the guys that are familiar with stats past ERA and wins. All of them would take #2.
