Having a good arm in CF is probably just as or nearly as important as having it in right imo, but that's just my gut feeling. Best arm in baseball plays CF and he gets tons of opportunities to show it off.
It's just one of those stupid, vague catchphrases these scouting publications use, like "there's some projection in his frame" or "most scouts feel he will be a reliever because he doesn't throw 18 different pitches with perfect command." like they absolutely must fit every 18 year old into a perfect little box.
Like, a negative on Blake Rutherford is that there's not a lot of projection left. The guy is 6'2 190, what the f*** else would you want?
