Its not just this thread. I'd say at least 80% of threads are derailed by some off topic bs. Everyone left the old board for the same s*** were seeing here on a daily basis.
You've never even see the guy throw a pitch. I'm not in a big rush to see AA trading prospects, but I'd be fine with Hoffman being moved in the right deal.
AA watched Papelbon yesterday.

Papelbon smiled when he was told that Anthopoulos was in the house.
“Huh, interesting,” he said
I wasn't aware we were talking about any one player in particular. Sanchez might not be ready but that doesn't mean some others are not. If by being a short sighted fan you mean I'm not going to worry about what's going on 6 years from now, I guess I am.
What makes you so sure they aren't ready to pitch in MLB? What the magic number of innings a guy needs in AAA for you to consider him MLB ready? I don't really give a f*** about anyone's arb clock, if that player is the best option I want to see him on the MLB roster. This team is loaded with pitching prospects. I don't see the need for concern if one or two of them get here a little quicker than expected.
Just a question for you MLB.TV pros out there. Is it possible to start a game in progress from the beginning on a pc? I know I can do it on my PS3 but don't see an option for this on the pc.
Pompey on fire to start the spring. I'm really starting to wonder why he isn't in CF though. Maybe the Jays are leaning towards Pillar starting the season in CF.
