You're criminally underrating Amir just like all the other casual fans in the nba. Sure he doesn't fill up the the stat sheet like the other star pf's but he's super efficient and an elite defensive player according to the metrics. He's a top 10 pf in the league, Derozan isn't even in the tsame league as him in terms of production. Honestly, I'd trade Derozan and Lowry before Amir. Lowry because he's an expiring, derozan because he's an inefficient chucker.

None of the reports indicate that it was agreed upon though. If the deal was Felton, Metta, and one of Shumpert/Hardaway/2018 pick... that's pretty underwhelming.
