Free throws and offense. Defense is debatable as Drummond has been horrible on that end this year. JV's no stud offensively but Drummond only has dunks and putbacks in his arsenal. Drummond has one elite skill (rebounding) but the rest of his game is subpar.

Agreed, PER is a completely useless stat. It's almost as bad as pitcher wins in baseball, there are much better stats out there.
