  1. Dumb getting tossed for that His player wasnt even mad
  2. Thats how you make teams f***ing pay Ball was at his ankles That ball dropping in got us 2 runs and 10 extra pitches outta Hammel
  3. Two days ago the situation called for Cecil to come in... but he's thrown a lot lately and Oliver hasn't.... Was fully expecting Gibby to play it safe and bring in the much more volatile Oliver... but he made the right move. He's pulled all the right strings with the pen.
  4. Gump leading the way Not surprising #YOLOSWAG
  5. He was pretty terrible last night. All that junk was up in the zone. Very lucky.
  6. O-Zone Swing% = 28.7%... which is almost identical to Edwin. He's been fairly selective up there. Just swinging through a lot of pitches in the zone it seems. That can't be sustainable.
  7. Forgot about that 1st to 3rd move. That was an exceptional read on his part. He's actually above average in terms of baseball IQ. And he actually has a good approach at the plate..... He's not often hacking at terrible pitches out of the zone anymore.... Seems like he's just made up his mind to disregard contact and go for XBH (which is fine) and he just misses sometimes. He's been taking a lot of borderline pitches lately. Very promising.
  8. Contact rates haven risen steadily... Went from being dead last by a mile to only 10th worst in the bigs! He's pretty much at his career norms for everything.... LD% FB/GB... BB%.... He's just striking out more and hitting for a ton more power. FG also has him as their 8th best defensive CF this year He's a keeper
  9. He's such a great athlete. That run from 2nd to 3rd last night (where he might've had a chance to tag up from 2nd and score on the deep fly to the LF gap) showed his freakish athleticism. Country strong.
  10. Gump keeping the party going.... .881 OPS in June with 7 XBH .875 against RHP this year. With a stricter platoon using Rajai against tough LHP.... there is no reason to think Colby can't OPS above .800 this year. Currently on pace for 4.5-5 WAR CFOTF
  11. Guys like Loup and Oliver are like 6th and 7th options now So deep
