s*** it's easy to forget how terrifying BJ was as a reliever in his prime. His K totals from 2003-2006 were so sexy.

Honorable mention to BJ Ryan's fastball in 2006. Fangraphs has it quite high. Guy didn't have much velocity but that herky jerky delivery with the ability to hide the ball was pretty effective.
