    I remember back in 2010ish I kept trying to convince myself that Darin Mastroianni was our version of Brett Gardner. High OBP, lots of speed, plays CF. What could possibly go wrong! Two straight years of almost .400 OBP ball in the minors and he turns into a complete pumpkin. Come on baseball gods give us a break.

    Since 2010 this team has had 17 picks in thh 1st round (including supplemental picks) 4 position players, 13 pitchers lol @ AA taking a position player with one of those picks.

    Goins' bat is f***ing horrendous but it's undeniable that he's a good defender. If he was anywhere close to a league average hitter he'd be pretty valuable.
