  1. This team is set up so well. Really no bad contracts on the books (DD's looked questionable but now looks fine). Two second year players who grew leaps and bounds Lots of draft picks upcoming (20th and two 2nd rounders this year + multiple first rounders in 2016). Commitment from MLSE to go over the cap Cap space upcoming with some great FA's being available.
  2. Everything lining up perfectly. Best case scenario: Raps go on deep playoff runs in the next two years while OKC gets knocked out of the first. Durant gets frustrated and finally comes home to Toronto. Durant or die trying.
  3. RaPS IN FIVE LETS GO f*** BROOKLYN
  4. World class football is an absolute treat to watch. Watching a team like Bayern control the ball is simply magical. I get it why you might think regular league games could be a little dry.... but Champions League, Euro's, WC, etc. are all amazing competitions.
  5. Quick, post a gif of Mark Texeria's phantom groin injury in the home opener from this year. Guy barely moves and has to take 15 days off. Baseball players are barely above soccer players in terms of softness.
  6. Yes there were issues with Donaghey. Yes I get where you are coming from. But it's nowhere near as bad as you think. How many games in baseball have you seen umps completely favour another team? Happens all the time. If you think impartial reffing is only exclusive to basketball you are nuts. You are a hockey fan too no? The reffing in the playoffs this year has been ATROCIOUS. The refs single handedly cost the Lightning a series.
  7. The Pacers are so overrated. Hibbert is brutal on offense. George is overrated. They're just deep. They have a lot of depth but nobody that can truly take over a game. Throw in a toxic lockerroom and you have a team that likely gets bounced in the first round.
  8. Canada's team: http://basketballbuzz.ca/content/images/post_images/Raptors_Nets_2014_NBA_playoff_opener_reaches_highest_Canadian_audience_since_2002_1398202083_5435.jpg
  9. Agreed, Nolin is a no brainer. Enough with these band-aid solutions. Nolin might have a chance to stick.
  10. Newest Open Gym:
  11. Know who won't let you down? http://wpmedia.sports.nationalpost.com/2014/04/canada_basketball_nba_playoffs1.jpg?w=620
  12. Much better chance of getting a hit than Diaz. You cannot have both Diaz and Goins on the same team.
  13. Diaz comes through there and he probably buys himself 2-3 more months in the bigs. He can go back to Buffalo now.
  14. Imagine trying a double steal with Navarro running and Wieters throwing lol.
