    Durable guy who can probably almost guarantee you 2.5+ WAR. Cubs might even eat some money because his ERA has been s*** this year. Redmond is a gascan. I don't expect him to be around that much longer.

    The rotation cannot sustain this. 2/5 of our rotation are fringe replacement level players. Hendriks might surprise but Happ has been so lucky. They clearly need to make a move to get another starter. Why not someone like Edwin Jackson? He has been much better than his numbers indicate. Cubs might want to just dump his salary (reasonable 2/22 remaining). If we were willing to give Santana 14M a year we should be willing to give Jackson 11M a year.
