  1. Homer Simpson boxing strategy. Lull them to sleep with the s***** 2 seamer and then boom slider
  2. Damn Looks like s*** and then looks passable all of a sudden. MOre of that slider.
  3. Nice pitch there though. Maybe I'm just spoiled from the JAys winning most of their last games with a comfortable cushion. Feels weird to be in a tied game.
  4. This is getting out of hand. It could be like 6-2 right now.
  5. Hendriks is throwing BP. They are seriously playing with fire here. He'll get another start though because of his first start.
  6. You can't overturn that! It's like impossible to see where it crossed.
  7. Just get Archer's pitch count up and get him out of this game.
  8. They need to be proactive in getting Hendriks out of the rotation. He got us a good result in the first game and he's kept us in this game. Great. But he's clearly not an MLB starter. He's a less fat Aussie version of Jesse Litsch.
  9. Gose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. Maddon has had a materially negative impact on this series. He's could've had multiple plays overturned but didn't challenge.
  11. He's not. Hendriks is not in the long term plan. Don't worry.
  12. If he can give us 6IP 4ER or something like that, I'd be fine with it. Take whatever we can get.
  13. Just keep the ball down and hopefully the offense can pick him up.
  14. This is going to be a tough game. Hendriks could be effective as a stop gap but this guy is not a starter on a contender.
  15. This is like a complete 180 from the last few years. They've really bought into the team approach.
