Jays: Stroman is 3-2 with a 2.48 ERA, including a two-run, two-hit effort in 6 2-3 innings of Saturday's 4-3 loss against the Chicago White Sox. The rookie struck out six and left without a decision. The Blue Jays have won just nine of 25 and their imposing lineup has slowed significantly with a .312 on-base percentage, .382 slugging percentage and 3.60 runs per game in that span after opening with season with a .335 OBP, .454 slugging and 5.06 runs in their first 62 contests. Edwin Encarnacion has worked through it with a .410 average on an 11-game hitting streak. The Blue Jays (47-40) last shared the AL East lead on May 21 with the New York Yankees. Baltimore has won four straight. Athletics: Milone has enjoyed a 6-0 stretch with a 2.87 ERA over 10 starts to see his season ERA dip more than two runs from 5.86. The left-hander's latest victory came Sunday as he surrendered three runs - two earned - and four hits in seven innings of a 4-3 win in Miami. He now returns home, where he's 3-0 with a 3.12 ERA in seven starts. The A's ended a three-game losing streak after being swept in Detroit to complete a 4-4 road trip. They started a six-game homestand on a positive note and they're now 19-6 at home since the second game of a doubleheader on May 7. Oakland third baseman Josh Donaldson has been out with a stiff back for two games. Jays: Dickey shut the A's down on May 24. The right-hander had his best start of the season, allowing two runs and five hits over 8 1-3 innings of a 5-2 win. Dickey, though, is trying to avoid losing four straight starts for the first time since May 13-28, 2004, while with Texas. He gave up four homers and five runs over six innings of a 5-4 defeat to the Chicago White Sox on Friday. Entering Wednesday, Jose Reyes was hitting .394 with three doubles, a triple and one homer in his last seven games. Encarnacion is batting .404 with six homers and 15 RBIs in the last 13 contests. The Jays lead the MLB with 113 homers. Thursday's game in Oakland is Toronto's first in a 10-game, 11-day road trip that will lead into the All-Star break. The Blue Jays don't return to home until July 18 against the Rangers. Athletics: Gray gave up a season high-tying five runs in a season-low five innings of Saturday's 7-6, 14-inning win at Miami. He lost 5-4 in his only start against Toronto on Aug. 10, as Bautista went 3 for 3 with a two-run homer in their matchups. Colby Rasmus was the only other Blue Jay to get a hit off of him in six innings. Moss is batting .423 over the last six games. The Athletics scored seven times in dropping a season-high four in a row May 22-25, with the last five of those runs coming in a three-game sweep at Toronto. Oakland finds itself in its worst offensive slump since then, as it pushed seven runs across the plate in dropping all three games in Detroit this week. The A's, who lead the AL with 425 runs, entered that series with nine wins in the previous 11 games. I'm going to think it over one more time but I think I'm going to pull the plug on fantasy sports, for the sake of everyone else in the league lol

Jays: Stroman is 2-2 with a 2.91 ERA in his four starts, though he's looking to give the Blue Jays a better performance after throwing 98 pitches in 3 2-3 innings of a 3-1 loss to the Yankees on Tuesday. The rookie right-hander allowed three walks, four hits and two runs in his shortest outing since joining the rotation. Edwin Encarnacion hit his major league-leading 24th home run and Melky Cabrera added two hits Sunday, but Toronto lost for the 11th time in 15 games. Former Yankee Cabrera has six homers and 14 RBIs during a 19-game hitting streak against New York. With a two-run single in the third inning of the Blue Jays' loss to the Reds on Sunday, Colby Rasmus extended his hitting streak to five games. The Toronto outfielder has hit safely in each game since his return from the disabled list and has three multi-hit games. Yankees: Whitley won this match up last Tuesday, as he went 5 innings giving up 2 runs on a walk and 2 strikeouts Gardner went 6 for 12 with a home run, double and two RBIs in last week's series against the Blue Jays, including a season-best four-hit effort to help make a winner out of Chase Whitley in Wednesday's 7-3 victory. The Yankees scored at least six runs in two of the three games against the Blue Jays last week. During a three-game series with the Orioles this weekend, New York scored just six runs total. Jays: Dickey has had an inconsistent season, but he's yielded exactly two earned runs in each of his last three outings, pitching 6 2-3 innings as he suffered the defeat in last Saturday's 3-2 loss at Baltimore. This series marks the first time Edwin Encarnacion has started as a visitor in Cincinnati after he spent his first four-plus seasons with the Reds. Encarnacion homered twice with a career-high six RBIs Friday before going 0 for 3 on Saturday. The Blue Jays have dropped 10 of 14, and still lead the second-place Yankees by 1.5 games in the AL East. Reds: Cueto gave up two runs in six innings in Tuesday's 6-5 win at Pittsburgh, but didn't get a decision. The Reds will search for an eighth victory in 11 games Sunday. Jays: Happ looks to build on his best outing in weeks after giving up one run over six-plus inning in Sunday's 5-2 win at Baltimore. He was 1-2 with a 6.11 ERA in his previous three outings. The left-hander seeks to win a fifth consecutive road start and lead Toronto to a franchise-best fifth consecutive interleague road victory Catcher Erik Kratz is 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBIs in his career against Leake. Kratz is also the only member of the Blue Jays to homer against Aroldis Chapman. He did so as a member of the Phillies on May 19, 2013. He hit a game-tying homer in the ninth, which was followed by a walk-off homer by Freddy Galvis. Center fielder Colby Rasmus has also had success against the right-hander, going 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs. Right fielder Jose Bautista is 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Edwin Encarnacion went deep twice - giving him a major league-best 23 homers - and drove in a career-high six runs in his first start against his former club. He's hit 21 homers in 42 games since May 6. Reds: Leake is 1-2 with an 8.22 ERA in three starts this month and hasn't made it through the sixth inning in any of those games. He gave up four runs in five innings Sunday in Milwaukee while allowing a season high-tying nine hits and three walks, but got the win from a 13-4 rout. The Reds have lost back-to-back games after winning six of seven and issued nine walks while blowing an eight-run lead in a loss for the first time since May 20, 2010. Cincinnati's bullpen entered its 4-3 series-finale loss to the Pirates on Thursday with a 5.65 ERA in its previous five games. But the Reds bullpen kept the team in the game as starter Homer Bailey exited after 5 2/3 innings. Cincinnati held Pittsburgh scoreless over the next six innings, but finally relinquished a run in the bottom of the 12th.
