    Yes! This is what I am referring to! Then why do people hate when the fans from other teams start chanting USA USA when lots of the fanbase back this team just purely on being Canadian? Obviously it's obnoxious of them to do but I kind of see why they bring countries/patriotism into this

    Sorry I edited my post, I'm not talking about people chanting canada, but I feel lots of casuals lets say in Windsor or Vancouver became Jays fans because the Jays are a Canadian team (a national pride thing) when geographically it would make sense to be a Tigers or Mariners fan. According to Joe Siddall Windsor is split 50/50 in terms of Jays/Tigers, he himself grew up a Tigers fan. But I guess that's gone with TV

    My post stemmed from a thread I saw on reddit where these closet Vancoverans came out saying that they're die hard M's fans so I was genuinely curious lol Besides this is a genuine question, lets not act like Vancouver or Montreal like Toronto a lot, I could imagine a lot of people growing up going to road trips to safeco. This also smells a lot like the fans that scream USA USA when their teams are winning just because they are an american team... are the Jays like that for Canadians? Just playing devil's advocate Also very board out of my mind because of my current assignemnt Edit: Also for the USA comparison I'm talking about our casuals -- not the die hard fans growing up watching Jays fans, the ones that became fans during last years playoff push

    Personally I want Estrada to start that. Dude has a knack for big games, saved our asses in the ALDS and ALCS last year lol. But Sanchez would be fine too, it's also worth noting who you'd want starting the first game of the ALDS too I, for some reason, forgot he existed LOL you're right give Dickster his last game and preserve all arms, that way Liriano can be used in the BP as well if need be

    Yup! Probables confirmed so far: Happ vs. NYY Sanchez @ BAL Liriano @ BAL Stroman @ BAL The Boston series is interesting. Do you want Sanchez starting in the final spot? If the AL East title is clinched by then I guess we'd want to preserve one of Estrada, Happ or Sanchez for the playoff game. If we're 3 GB we probably line it up as Estrada, Happ, Sanchez for the chance to sweep the Sox and if we drop a game we spot start Stroman for the final game and push Sanchez for the WC start. The beauty of the 6 man!!

    He did? No he didn't really, Benoit against 4 lefites was a gamble when you have Cecil in the pen and Pillar bunting with 2 on and 0 out and Carerra following him wasn't bright either. Hell Pillar bunted twice when he shouldn't have in the 9th, his only good call in the late innings was to bring in Osuna for the 9th and suicide squeeze with CArerra up
