  1. He was gone after the first inning anyways that's why they hit Smoak, he was getting pulled after the first, I thought his pitch count was low like 40-50, he was touching 40 already
  2. See? They were trying to channel his inner Bautista, almost worked there!
  3. Defending himself, he's smart he's not about to catch a suspension about s***, he'd probably drop half the Yankee team
  4. Imagine if they waited until Donaldson was up again to hit him? Lol 2 KOs
  5. Dude calm down what the f*** lol you think Benoit is out for the season?
  6. Works 9/10 times Looks like Benoit pulled something
  7. Amazing! Now we have that extra jolt we need for the post season, come f*** with us now Texas
  8. Good. GOOD!!!!! f*** all these f***ing YANKEES. I haven't felt this satisfied since Towers threw at A-Rod and Carson dropped the gloves with Posada. f*** the Yankees
  9. To be honest I'll trade a baserunner for uplifting the team. First time we retaliate in a long f***ing time. The timing is perfect too so in case any team Look at that s*** happening
  10. You just can't f***ing make this s*** up. Baseball has to be the most fairytale sport there is, look at what happened in Vin Scully's last game! Edit: Side note, did you guys see Barry Bonds? Holy f***, that guy's in better shape than I'll ever be!
  11. What the f***? What does that have to do with anything, Donaldson got drilled we get retaliation s***, f*** all that peace ********
  12. They Jays offence looks so different since the Mariners blowout game
  13. You know Edwin's on fire when Gruber is cheering him on with runners on
  14. The only thing worrying for me is the kid situation. His girlfriend is that, his girlfriend. Not his wife. So I'm not sure how the money will get paid out or split, I would hope he included her in the will, if not his money would be passed on to his family right? And that could be a situation in of itself. Do they have common law in the US? Also for the HoF discussions at first I wasn't sure I'd want him in there for ceremonial purposes or just basing off his first few years because part of being a HoFer is longetivity, we've see lots of players who started off really well (not as great as him, but still really good) who don't stand the test of time for one reason or another. However I quickly remember the HoF is a joke with a bunch of politicing done by old farts with the same mentality of a Goose Gossage that won't induct Pete Rose or Barry Bonds, so why not do something like that to represent what could of been (and what has been in the last 4 years). Also great PR for Latin-American players as well.
  15. Yeah, but that's been constant across the 2nd half of the season, he doesn't fair too well in back to back days in terms of velo. It's normal the dude's 21 lol just a bit of fatigue all pitchers are experiencing it. The 2MPH drop that you saw caused a lot of foul balls, and maybe that's why they got the easy singles -- because for once they made contact on his pitches. But it was still tough luck and nothing to be concerned about, 93MPH fastball with his great slider is still a deadly combo
  16. Huh? Did you watch the game yesterday or did you just read the boxscore? I'm assuming you didn't because anyone watching this game wouldn't have said that, so let me fill you in: Texeria hit a weak oppo single with 2 strikes on him Butler hit a broken bat floater over tulo's head with 2 strikes on him Headly hit a double play ground ball that Osuna knocked down for some reason and they got one out instead of 2 Maison Williams hit a single with 2 strikes on him Torreyes hit a weak sac fly (Pillar had a noodle throw) with 2 strikes on him Gardner popped out So not only were all the hits weak contact, all the singles were on 2 strikes and there was a botched double play And last few outings? Did you see the game vs. Seattle? He faced 4 batters and struck all them out come on man
  17. Right but I can kind of see why a casual fan of any other team might think Blue Jays = Canada though. Obviously the chants themselves are stupid, but the idea behind it not so much i don't think, this is marketed to be Canada's team so when it gets treated like one we shouldn't be surprised or annoyed.... although the drunken USA chants suck balls
