Mostly on FB, because its immediate conversations. And up until this past year me and Silvio were never active trade partners. I never ever use the messages on this forum and honestly I get bent outta shape when people are like, (wimpy voice) don't email me with trade offers in Fantasy Ball.

It was either not talk trade or baseball at all this off season and probably into the Reg. season, or try and be somewhat active. I hate being an inactive owner. Like I said. I know I could've gotten more.

Sorry dude. I've been so overrun working I haven't followed any baseball since mid-December. When I put Marte on the block I expected to have some time to get into things but fell back into more work. So I evaluated the names that were floated from 7 different managers who showed an interest. Had a look at their teams and farms and listed some names I'd be interested in or that would be fair to discuss. I didn't wanna start dropping bigger player names than Marte, because I just didn't have time to get into lengthy negotiations with 7 different managers, let alone 1 or 2. All-in I, sure I could've gotten more. But the names I was interested in after looking at the teams and what I got back wasn't really a huge letdown.

I expect my team to easily be better than last year.

Its a Dynasty League right? I'm never an all-in right now guy, ever. And the leagues where I intentionally stripped my team down to bare bones or started out young/bare bones, never get back to bare bones because of attrition or an all-in approach.

I like him too. Loved him when he first went Pro'. But when's he gonna get a chance to start? Is he gonna get a chance to start? I liked Martinez way more in the Minors than I do now and going forward.

I like Marte more than Hamilton and Odor and Semien to me are a wash. So I was getting a diminshed Martinez in the deal.

Demanded? Really? Everyone's valuations are different. I had a better offer than what I received.... for the NOW. But the players offered were in their 30's and already declining. I'm not in the mood to watch assets decline. As for the other interest. I like Odorizzi and Heaney better than then names that were thrown out.
