  1. Not true. He is an viable AAAA player, up and down between AAA and the bigs.
  2. Arrogant comment. Who are these less informed fans you speak of? If you include me, note that I have a master's degree in engineering, 25 yrs experience working as a P.Eng, and been watching the game of baseball since 1975 and the Big Red Machine. I'm aware and understand the advanced statistics. They aren't the end all and be all, they have considerable limitations. There are a fair number of quite knowledgeable posters on here. But don't assume you know who is more informed.
  3. almost every day i think of a stroman, syndergaard, hutchison, sanchez, ? rotation and cry a little
  4. yes, sending him out for the 9th was correct, but the long ball to the track in CF and Rasmus just missing a tater were warning signs from the inning before. after the home run, sanchez should have been pulled. leaving him in was dumb
  5. if you believe CC won't turn into Franciso II, you move EE for an SP, and get Dickey or Estrada to the BP
  6. The opinion has merit. Let's hope otherwise
  7. right, bro. keep digging your hole

  14. Soon gonna be the worst trade in baseball history. AA's legacy.
  15. only 2 K, 0.154 BABIP in 5 innings.... unsustainable. Send him down!
  16. 3B may be Reyes optimum position at this point, followed by LF.... his MIF days are over
  17. most likely he is simply working on grooving a repeatable delivery in game after being off for so long, with a lot of pitches right down the middle. which is ok, at this point no one should care about his stats also A+ is not really lower level
  18. Fearless prediction - the bottom 3rd of the lineup carries the offense
  19. Two years of meh starting pitching, now a BP arm, for d-Arno and Thor......... shoot me now
  20. Sanchez now 80/90 qualified pitchers in xFIP Right around where you would expect a 5th starter to be
  21. It's hilarious how some of you guys aren't man enough to admit when you've been wrong
