    For the record: We always appreciate feedback, good or bad. Having acknowledged that, it makes me happy to hear that you enjoyed this one. We will be recording tomorrow due to the Raps game tonight. Scheduling conflicts will surely happen from time to time, but I don't see why we won't be back to a regular recording schedule going forward. Also, I just wanted to thank you for the episode bookmarks. That's something I had always planned to do regularly but found I usually didn't have the time (or maybe the drive) to do every week. They exist for a few episodes, but not most.

    Tommy La Stella is having an absurd season. 122 PA / 10 HR / 9.8 BB% / 6.6 K% / .212 BABIP / .311 ISO / .272/.364/.583 / 156 wRC+ The high HR rate/low BABIP combo isn't even explained by his batted ball profile, as his FB rate (37.9%) is basically equal to his GB rate (38.9%). You tend to see that more so in extreme FB guys - La Stella is not that at all.

    It's because he only pitched 22 innings in 2018, including the Arizona Fall League. They need to build up his inning count organically, so this alternating low-pitch/higher-pitch start approach is how the Jays have chosen to do that.
