What's the rule in this league regarding the drafting of unowned prospects in the waiver draft?

It's incredibly thoughtless. The last 40-50 or so players in the top 100 should predominantly be 50 FV guys - essentially prospects that project to be league average.

Apparently Contreras will be Lester's personal catcher this year, which is intriguing. He did a pretty great job calling games last season, according to Lackey. As a Contreras owner in BBDL, I approve of this - the more often he is penciled into that deep, productive Cubs lineup, the better.
