In the deep, dark reaches of the internet, there exists a Radio Scouts website that has not yet been released for public consumption. What we'd like to do is to bring that baby to the people, but it would be more worthwhile if this website could produce regular content, like articles, in addition to the podcast.
John Havok and I are possibilities to contribute written words to the site. As it is, I've been planning to write an in-depth accompanying article (with reports and grades) for our Jays top prospects podcast at some point during the offseason.
Would anyone else be interested in writing about the Jays and/or MLB? The gig would not pay, but it might be a great opportunity to get your name and writing talents out there to the world.
I know that we've all gotten older, and probably busier, since Breaking Blue was first launched (which, by the way, was a rousing success - multiple writers got hired by the Blue Jays as a result), but we have some obviously gifted writers here and I'm hopeful that at least a couple of you can find the time to join us.
Let me know below if you're interested, please. Hoping to get anywhere from 2-6 people.
