His sample of MLB innings was big enough that you can be pretty sure he's a #1 caliber starter. At 22 and with no real injury red flags, he was a no-brainer there IMO.

Hard to say. He's been at a 133 wRC+ the last two years, but Steamer has him at 107. If he's the 130+ guy, it was a good pick.
