  1. Processed. So you're on track to lose pick 111.
  2. Him or Stephen Vogt would be great. It probably makes too much sense to actually happen though.
  3. There would be no reason to force a team with 14 prospects to cut down to 12, just to draft two more to get back to 14. It's the same as last year: 12 through to the offseason, then unlimited rosters, then flexibility for the March cutdown.
  4. Surprised nobody has trade for him. Prime 3B, and even a very god Util bat just sitting there waiting for a new home.
  5. Also, good god dinger, why are you letting Gsellman continue to do this to you?
  6. Makes sense. I think I'll probably just keep him. I might be overly optimistic, but I think I can make the jump to contender for back-end playoff spot next year if I can find a couple of starters in the offseason.
  7. You should just get on with it and pull the trigger on the last thing you asked me about.
  8. No, there's a 12-prospect limit from the cut down date until the offseason. July prospect cut down: 12 prospect limit offseason - no roster limits pre-season cut: can protect 32 total players, 10-14 of which can be prospects post-cut to July prospect cutdown: 14 prospect limit
  9. Yup. I think there`s more value in having MLB roster spots available for prospecting on MLB breakout talent than in having them tied up on borderline top-50 prospects with NA status. Kingery would be a True Cardinal now if he were farm eligible.
  10. I'll be cutting Josh Naylor and Roman Quinn at the deadline. So if anyone wants one, they're yours for a 2018 3rd or a 3 -> 2 waiver upgrade.
  11. Cool. I'll process on the sheet tonight.
  12. Still have picks 54, 66, and 67 available. I'd trade all 3 for a 3rd in 2018 or an upgrade from my waiver 3rd to a waiver 2nd.
  13. Bottom of the 4th and the Nats have stolen 7 bases on Arrieta/Montero
  14. It makes me upset that he's getting any degree of vindication for saying guys like Rajai Davis and Andrew Cashner were better dynasty assets than Cotton in the offseason.
  15. I think that's probably a year away. Tall guys like that often take awhile to figure it out. They're going to wait as long as possible to make a permanent decision on a guy with his stuff and dominant results at every level but MLB.
  16. Apparently Glasnow has pitched entirely from the stretch in his three AAA starts. That probably makes sense given that he's tall and super lanky and needs to find consistency in his delivery. On one hand, he's still walking 5/9. On the other, he's striking out 15.5/9 with a 1.50 ERA and 2.34 xFIP.
  17. Cotton will figure it out. Brett Sayre has not heard the last of me.
  18. Cody Bellinger is basically a left-handed Giancarlo Stanton.
  19. I've actually thought boxy was legit asian too.
  20. Kinda s***** to make fun of your height either way, but they're really making fun of you for being 5'10?
  21. I think so. I like it for both teams. Jim is loading up on young arms: Snell, Hoffman, Reyes, and Wacha is nice.
  22. Happ for Blake Snell. Interesting.
  23. Only one way to find out!
  24. Oh right. I think laziness won out and I just didn't feel like sending you the payment.
