No it will likely be longer imo. Your already counting on a few guys from the minors in that core and there isn't exactly a ton of high ceiling players beyond that. It will take 5 years if this team does a complete rebuild. AA will take the alternative and retool.

I really don't have an issue with Gibbons, I think he is just trying to work with what he has and right now it isn't much. He has to try to shake things up to get this team going since nothing seems to be working at the moment.
