    I know... he's a good defensive backup if your regular 2B or SS needs a day off. But he has zero pinch hitting value which really sucks from a bench player.

    Stroman Dickey Hutch Buerhle Norris or Estrada I am starting to think more and more that that rotation could be anywhere from at least decent/acceptable to really quite good. Am I foolish??

    Right. He played 7 games I just looked it up. Just wondering if you could get by with Pillar Pompey Bautista with Tolleson as 4th OF until Saunders gets back. P.S. Anything is better than having Edwin there. LOL

    What were the recoveries like for the guys who had TJS - Drabek, Osuna, Hutch and how/when would you project Hoffman for upper minors/MLB ready by health? (Obviously performance will deterjwmine where he ends up Sept 2015/April 2016). But in terms of health and recovery???

    Great read. Thanks for posting as I would have not seen it otherwise. I'm trying to control my enthusiasm but damn he's exciting and I'm so stoked we got him with the #9 pick last year. He could have easily gone higher obviously. Sounds like he has killer stuff and a good attitude.

    Even on the TV broadcast game 1 there was no radar velocity info after pitches. They just don't bother I guess.
