  1. Can you smell the Sunday roast??
  2. A healthy effective Pearson changes the whole complexion of the starting rotation Fingers firmly crossed
  3. My favorite Buck comment for no particular reason Watching Brett Lawrie furiously leg out an infield single on a chopper of a ground ball to the shortop Buck: "If I'd had speed like that I'd have hit. 220!"
  4. Could they at least ask them to make it smarter please?! I mean seriously
  5. It was also Sportsnet and not the Jays who eliminated Wilner correct?
  6. http://eng.koreabaseball.com/About/AboutKbo.aspx
  7. I don't think I'd have the stomach to wait out any longer if I'm a guy sitting on any major league offer right now
  8. Couldnt he get a deal in Asia? Somehow that feels like what he should do at this point
  9. Yankees could get anything from 1 iining pitched to a Cy Young from Kluber or Taillon And they could get 100 HR or 30 HR between Stanton and Judge depending on how healthy they are
  10. Yankees first base runner in the 4th inning
  11. We have a ton of guys who can hit And a ton of guys who could fill out the back of the rotation/long relief Despite some weaknesses this a good team
  12. That's hilarious Wonder if Springer heard him and laughed his ass off
  13. Listening to Sterling and Waldman I like that they usually actually care at least a bit about players on the opposing team
  14. Yes, he's probably never going to be a positive defender at any position. Which I'm fine with if he racks up massive quantities of walks/doubles/home runs.
  15. They don't have to kill Tabler. Just fly him to the middle of a desert or forest than he can wander around forever smiling and babbling on about strong hands and real baseball players.
  16. Some games also have an away feed on a higher channel I used to tune in to that sometimes to listen to Alan Ashby or John Stirling
  17. True It's been just Wilner and Wagner wasn't it. I miss Howarth
  18. If we can him here then Passan should also be banned from Twitter and I should be banned for changing the thread title So the consequences are huge...
  19. I think there will be Jerry Howarth describing things you can't see knowing you can't see them vs usual Buck is not the same That said as long I can listen to a broadcast of the game it's not the end of the world
  20. Also, Jerry Howarth is a MF national treasure! Is he done now I guess??
  21. I am very tech savvy and yet I still listened to the radio broadcasts all the time Mowing the lawn Running errands in the car Hanging at the cottage Doing dishes Going for a walk or bike ride On a long drive home from working out of town for the day I rarely have three straight hours to sit in front of my laptop or TV to watch a whole game This sucks --------------------------------------------------- Edit: OK, wait. So we can still listen to the TV broadcast the way we would normally listen to the previous made-for-radio broadcast? I usually use my phone and MLB AT BAT app and use the radio section.
  22. Agree whole heartedly
  23. What??!! Noooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!
