    He seemed quite unhappy there the last year or so. He wanted out.

    His hitting has improved every year since he was called up. Hard to know what his ceiling is or if he passed it last year. His defense I thought always looked good but somehow he had negative defensive value last year. What gives with that? Pretty much all of his WAR came from hitting and baserunning.

    But he can't f'n hit a lick which is why he never stuck anywhere and remains a free agent during spring training

    It's too bad he could never hit. The fact he can't hit worth a damn makes the fact he bats left less important. He would certainly be a better backup CF than Grichuk Pinch runner for sure I mean hopefully Springer plays 150 games in center but can we count on that? Def not...

    But seriously what are they going to do with all these infielders? Some busts of course. Some position changes? Some trades? Something has to give. We have guys in their 20's all over the IF at the major league level.     Quotes from Freddie Freeman interview they just played on MLB Network: "the communication wasn't all there" with the Braves "I got two phone calls from the Braves all off season. One just before the lockout started and one after it lifted. Just checking in" "I got more calls from Andrew (Freidman) in two hours then I got from the Braves all off season" Wow. Sounds like they had no real plan to bring him back at all.
