    Yeah At this point I'm pretty sure we've all conceded that the Yankees are going to win the division. Having home advantage in the wildcard would be excellent so getting ahead of Tampa and Boston is more important than hoping the Yankees fall back.

    Yes. So far he's provided what was expected by most - a league average bat (wRC+ 101) and excellent defense. On pace for 2-3 WAR. Had to remind myself - he's signed for 12M in each of 22 and 23, then he's a free agent for 2024 unless extended Would be awesome if he plays well enough to warrant a contract extension, especially if the offense trends up.
