    I was going to say exactly this. They have invested $150 million in George Springer and are doing everything they can to try to keep him healthy. This means playing Tapia a little more than you would normally like to see but it is likely necessary/smart.

    No question what the Rays do best is develop pitching, and then trading those pitchers at the right time for excellent hauls of near MLB ready players who find success at a higher than normal rate.

    Threw 7 strong innings and hit a 2 run home run to beat the stupid Red Sox and snap the Angels losing skid. Love eveything about it.

    It's not ideal I mean I'm excited to see Moreno but I would have preferred Jansen stay healthy and maybe Moreno gets a peek in September instead But s*** happens. Anxious to see how he looks.
