  1. Even Bucknor might not have been capable of the incompetence we saw today.
  2. Well, good news everyone. Now you can switch over to watching the Raptors get screwed by the refs.
  3. This game is perfectly set up for Cimber to vulture another win
  4. I'd say both location and pitch sequences. Maybe they need to give Ryu the communications thingy and Kirk the receiver lol.
  5. I'd actually leave Ryu out there. He and Kirk need to figure it out. I'd rather ruin one game now than 5 more later.
  6. Kinda helps to get pitches 2 feet off the plate.
  7. 1996 called. Hentgen wants his strike zone returned.
  8. Ryu is hard to get on the same page with as a catcher and he likes to get his pitch quick. Kirk has more experience with him than Collins who may not have caught him yet even in bullpens. The bigger question would be why Springer isn't the DH instead of Collins.
  9. Ricky Romero's knees were single handedly responsible for destroying Ricky Romero. Maddon was probably living rent free in his head though.
  10. I have a feeling I probably shouldn't Google that.
  11. I think I like this slightly grumpier version of Charlie. In the past he's let the umps walk over him. This year he's standing up for the team more.
  12. It's a mistake, but in that situation and with the current score it's not really all that terrible. Getting a runner into scoring position there is worth taking some chances. The Chapman mistake last night was far worse.
  13. No one will ever out-do Batista. If it wasn't at least at his eyeballs, he wasn't interested.
  14. I'm going to go with Thomas, Henley, Pereira, Hatton, Hadwin, and Brown
  15. Is "the Yankees have changed their approach" code for "the Yankees figured out how to relay signals"?
  16. Yeah. Anyone except maybe Bauer or Odor would have got a cheer for returning in just about every other stadium.
  17. Looks like it's just a cut. Could have been a hell of a lot worse.
  18. FFS umps! (not to mention it was a strike if it wasn't tipped)
  19. It didn't hit the top, but hit some area behind the fence. It also depends on the stadium, as some have unique rules.
  20. Home Run. Maybe a slight assist from the outfielder.
  21. Something like that.
