SSS but the only pitcher in baseball that is drawing less swings than Sanchez is Balfour. So what you are saying is that as a reliever his control issues are less prevalent. He's still not throwing anymore pitches inside the strikezone since this change. He's not getting swinging strikes at this point, two things he will need to do to be successful as a starter in this league. If anyone (of relative importance) in the org thinks he is just a reliever at this point he should be dealt. I'm still a believer that he can gain enough control to be a starter who is eventually successful...I just think it won't happen for several years.

And they still have a 117 wRC 3B that seems to need a move to 2B full time...who is not in their picture at all. I wish the Jays had a guy like that...but babysitting is important too

I really think it's Valencia. He was originally named (and cleared) but MLB loves to witch hunt those that were cleared. He's Braun's former college roommate, he's best friends with Chris Perez (clear case of bad judgement). Gaby Sanchez is my other guess

I would say old school thinking more than anything. He doesn't look like a _____ so he can't be that. I'm amazed that Happ gave up as many HR's as he did when he played in Houston. His kind of s***** stuff should play perfectly in this park

I think much of the Marisnick to RF stuff was because of his body type. He doesn't look like a CF (unless there was a catwalk in CF). The reviews on his D the last two years has been stellar.
