    I really think that they are heavy on FA pitching this off season, even though it is against their M.O. As long as the AL remains top heavy with the big 4 that 5th playoff spot will be in play for everyone who isn't Baltimore. Tampa remains the most innovative team out there but their ceiling is still wildcard at this point and no one would be surprised if they drop back to below .500. To think where they could be right now if they didn't start 3-12
