Because cruising isn't a real thing, they want Osuna available to pitch in two days, the leverage isn't that high, Loup is very capable, etc. No reason to leave Osuna in, really.
All four of Lorenzen's pitches are getting above-average whiffs and his minor league stats agree that he's a neutral GB/FB guy. Definitely interesting.
He's pretty similar to his rotation mate Anthony DeSclafani.
