    I was at Fran's for breakfast a few times last September and it was very good. Unless you don't like waffles or pancakes. then you might not want to go.

    well I do heat the baking stone to 500F but the thin crust pizza is only in for about 5 minutes.

    I have my meals planned 3 or 4 days ahead most of the time. pasta and strong garlic meat sauce tomorrow, chorizio and baked potato day after that and Ribeye and baked potato the day after that. maybe pizza on the weekend but I'd have to make dough tomorrow. I like to cold raise it so that it gets that really good taste. at least 3 days in the fridge

    I was really surprised that many of the pizza's in Italy don't have tomato sauce on them. I really liked the ones just brushed with a little olive oil. a completely different experience.
