    finally Pillar is hitting 9th. lol Pillar hit so good yesterday that Gibbons had to demote Travis from the honorary 9 spot and put Pillar there instead.

    great lineup. Gibbons finally shakes things up big time. hope it works

    gaining ground on the jays. Their offense struggles less than the jays. Their pitching is not as good as ours though. the fact that our bats have struggled so much is what worries me. our pitching has probably outperformed and can't be expected to carry us all the way through. Offense needs to step up.

    Padres are eying a good draft pick next year and could care less about what we need. miracle they won 1 game.

    Jays are slumping and the sox are on a tear. timing is not optimal, but the jays did have better AB today

    this weekend the jays need to play good ball. whatever happens tomorrow, if they take at least 2 of 3 on the weekend they are ok.

    Pillar was clearly caught up in hero mode... sad. he had some really good AB earlier in the game. heart breaking loss, but still just one loss. need to get back to winning ways.

    you see this in some NL games where they hit the pitcher 8th and have a better hitter up 9th there must be some metric that makes managers do this...

    the offense has sucked just as bad against guys they have been hitting against for years. Buck and his cop outs are painful.
