    not really... only carry the points if not one hits a HR. not if no one guesses right. it will be the same points as if someone won every day. makes the games after no one going long VERY INTERESTING!! lol carry half the points rounding up if you think it's too much. so if the player was 4 to win yesterday, he's six the day after no one hits one.... or carry the total points and a lot them differently. just ideas.

    Gibbons has not made many mistakes this year. he's tried to work with limited talent showing up. he has adapted quite quickly to what he sees falling apart on the field

    maybe AA has promised inning to the mouse to go with his promises to Blanco and DeRosa.

    probably a good option until AA decides to look at next year. in another month AA will need to start seeing how their in club options can cope. this year is almost a lost cause and there is no reason to wait for next spring to start building for next year. God, I hope he writes this year off. trying to do anything to fix this year would be delusional at this point. there aren't enough players in the jays system to trade trying to get them to a 20 game winning steak this year.

    so he's got a better hit tool, more power, better arm and is just as stupid as Rajai without the speed.

    this is what I fear. Gibbons has been trying to keep Boni off the field, but you just know that AA has a hard on for the guy and still thinks he can play. doesn't bode well... not much does lately

    it would be ok the have a lesser option at SS if anyone could play second. so they have 4 players getting starts in the middle infield and none of them should be. at least DeRosa understands his role. Izturis just CANT throw. he's costing us runs pretty much every game and not giving them much offensively. Boni is a piece of crap.... jays have the worst middle infield in baseball. even with Reyes back it's gonna be really bad. Reyes has good range, solid glove and great arm, but he cant play enough to make up for the teams lack of second base option.

    his plate appearances have gotten better, but he throws like a 10 year old girl and until Reyes comes back the jays are carrying 3 guys who cant play replacement level SS.
