Jesper Blomqvist won a title with United, Milan, Göteborg. he was asked which manager was best and why. he picked Ferguson and explained that no manager he had worked with made an individual feel more empowered to do well within the team strategy. every player felt they would succeed and felt they had 100% confidence from the manager, but dont screw up and be on the other end of Ferguson. wish we had a manager who could motivate players the way Ferguson did. LETS GO BLUE JAYS!!!

terrible game for the first half, but the second half was great and a last minute goal from their 20th(league record) goal scorer this season to putting one in for the win. the Jays would be lucky to get a manager who is half the man Ferguson is.

it's a big moment in sports history. the most successful manager in soccer history is going out with a championship. he's been one of the most successful in terms of any sports franchise. hate the sport if you like, but it's a rare sports moment that should be covered.

every game we get to hear Buck and tabler talk about what makes the other teams hitter good(patient, takes lots of pitches, uses all fields, wont go out of the zone, putting a good swing on the ball, keeping hips closed, using their hands, not letting the pitcher beat them.... then they talk about our team. we dont want jpa clogging the bases, you have to go up there in attack mode, no reason to let the first one go, OBP isn't important, he's an RBI man, you dont want your best hitter slap hitting the other way.... need someone who splits well against lefties and can back up a position. some pop in the that split and it would be a great bench/DH option. team needs that.
