    nope... he truly thought he was smarter than everyone. He wasn't smart enough to do it intentionally. I do believe he is packaging screws now, He set up and ran a full day of the most expensive parts we ran and all of it had to be thrown away. I had run the same program 2 days earlier, did 40% more parts for my day and they were all correctly made..... union was the only thing that saved his job. CEO and production chief wanted him fired. His coworkers just wanted him gone whatever it took.

    worked with a guy who ruined the mood and effectiveness of an entire division in the factory. This idiot couldn't just set up the NC machines to run parts without changing the programs. He thought he was smarter than everyone and if things didn't work it was someone else's fault, so he'd manually change a fully functioning program to make up for his inadequacies. If the program worked before then it should work now. If you are setting it up and it isn't producing parts they way it should then ITS YOUR f***ING FAULT: you change YOUR mistakes and leave the program alone. trust me.... one cancer can kill it for a whole group of professionals.

    people pay thousands of dollars to be able to go to these games and get to watch the umps walking around with the big "ah gee, I don't know" look on their faces and then you get a problem with their production truck.

    just because you are comfortable talking about it doesn't mean everyone else is in that position. this forum has a lot of childish people who would love to have new reasons to torment people, we shouldn't be giving them fuel. people trash other posters when they find out they are older... or on GD for being a teenager or because the person comes from new market or isn't canadian or because they like Tampa. We are more diversified than most think, but many don't bring it up openly because they see how people here react. Cecil made the mistake of posting a pic with family members portrayed in the pic and the response from some in here was disgusting. that is why we leave those things to the people who are different. we accept for who they are no matter what and if they choose to talk to anyone here about personal things they can do it of their own accord.

    12 for 2 WAR starter that can give you 230 innings... that's not great value, that's a stone cold steal you won't get another #4 or #5 starter with his up side for close to that price.

    have to agree, his reads are not very good and he takes some bad routes, but his arm had been really good. After the injury he had 2 good throws in 1 game and then back to limp arm again. Without the big arm he's not even replacement level in RF

    12M with 1M buyout, for a 2+ WAR pitcher, who can throw 230 innings, we will need him and for that price it's a bargain.

    the whole "best teams" dialog was a load of s***. expect them to disrespect the jays regularly now that bandwagon nation isn't watching the world series. the true fans will have to put up with their ********.

    it's put up or shut up time for Rogers. The whole "if you come we will build it" thing needs to continue. If they jays make the right moves this off season they could get back to 4M at the RC next year, but they need off season buzz to get fans out early in the season.
