    I find it interesting the way people look at our off season. We are FOR SURE losing 200+ innings of MB. Many think the jays should walk away from Dickey and many think we should pass on Estrada. Do the jays really have the money to go out and buy 2 top end FA starters? Dickey has a 12M opt year with 1 million buyout. so cost is only 11 million for 230 innings from a 2+ WAR starter. MB 18M comes off the books and the Ricky Romero contract is gone for next year. Is the team ready to put out 50M AAV for two starters and then Stroman, Osuna and Hutch?

    at this point it really doesn't matter. there are no players that are not already on the roster who would or should be trusted when we HAVE to win the next 2 games.

    this game was good as yesterday's was bad.... polar opposite for sure! won't lie, teared up a little when Estrada came out. he's been money! wonderful time to be a jays fan!

    there are days when I don't like him now..... he doesn't need to play for another team for that to happen. He's such a colossal self absorbed s*** head. He doesn't understand that his whining and antics get his team mates bad calls and gets team mated hit by pitches. he's a really good hitter and has a good eye at the plate, but the constant bitching makes teams and the entire MLB umpire staff hate Toronto.

    very good season, great second half and a team in place that could compete again next year with money being available to do what needs to be done in the off season. this years team should be able to help them sign free agents in the off season.
