    ok lel No, it isn't. 13 def + 17.5 replacement runs + 2 positional = Like 3 and a half wins without the offensive component. But the thing is that he put up such terrible numbers that if you extrapolate them you get -35.7 offensive runs and that's like -3.5 wins. Which means, shocker, replacement level. I have no clue if I did that right but meh

If you don't know anything about defensive stats how the hell would you even know they're not reliable? Because over a large enough sample, they are, so either educate yourself or stop chiming in on s*** you don't know or understand. Totally.

    There aren't f***ing cliques it's a message board not a middle school my god I got 1.9 fWAR extrapolated, that's still a solid .6 off from Phillips who I think is better than his last year. And yes, he did play over his head, he has a 62 wRC+ on a .315 BABIP. He's basically Darwin Barney.
